Paul Aldrich owner and gunsmith, Started studying to be a gunsmith when he returned from his service in the US Army in 1993. He studied under 2 master gunsmiths for 5 years and worked in a major production shop building custom 1911 pistols. 

 

He has also worked at The Beretta USA repair facility and trained under Master gunsmiths in that facility.  Paul studied machining through American Gusmithing Institue's Machine coarse. 

 

Paul takes pride in completing the work he does on firearms to the customer's satisfaction and constantly strives to learn new methods and firearms. Paul enjoys the challenge of a new firearm or machining project  that pushes him to learn new ways of manufacturing. He is accredited with the design of a 92fs G lever conversion which went into production at Beretta, and several other custom designed parts for firearms he has worked on. 

 

 

Paul Started up Black Mace Arms in 2010 with business partner Tarrell "Mac" McCrory. Mac has studied under Paul and is knowlegable of several makes and models of firearms as well as machining process.

Black Mace Arms guarantees that upon return to you, the firearm will operate as designed.

 

When installing parts purchased from a third-party (either supplied by the customer or purchased through one of our suppliers), Black Mace Arms does NOT provide a warranty on such parts, as we cannot warranty parts we did not manufacture.  However, we will help the customer deal with the supplier/manufacturer of such parts. 

 

All machine work will be done according to the written specifications provided to us and approved by the customer. If machine work does not match the specifications, Black Mace Arms will re-do the work at no charge.  

 

Parts made by Black Mace Arms are warrantied against manufacturing defects for 1 year from installation.
